Digital Marketer

As a Digital Marketer, you will have a keen eye for numbers and insights, providing recommendations to your colleagues and management. You will be responsible for technical marketing and will work with various programs. Your role will involve analyzing and optimizing Google Analytics, email funnels, and the entire customer journey.

In your role as a Digital Marketer, you will enjoy a lot of freedom and will be responsible for your own work and development! You will ensure that PrayHaven stands out in the market and take pride in the results you achieve.

Job Requirements:

• You have a higher professional education (HBO) working and thinking level;
• You have experience with technical marketing (website management, Google Analytics, etc.);
• Experience with Salesforce is an advantage;
• You are available for 24 to 40 hours per week;
• You possess a valid driver’s license.

Qualities:

• Passionate about analyzing and improving!

• You are proactive.

Head of Customer Service

We are currently looking for customer service professionals ready to dive in. Join a young and dynamic team where you will soon take on responsibility. You will independently manage and develop our customer service department.

You will be responsible for maximizing customer satisfaction in our network, which consists of both business and private customers.

• Handling incoming calls and mail in Dutch and English
• Developing appropriate solutions for complaints or issues related to our products
• Organizing returns in collaboration with our logistics partners (DHL, GLS, PostNL, etc.)
• Working within our Zendesk CRM system
• Reporting and providing feedback on notable customer cases

Job Requirements:

• Educational level: MBO, HBO
• Available for 16 - 24 hours per week
• Experience in customer service is a plus but not mandatory
• You speak and write excellent Dutch and English
