If you have received the wrong items or the items you received are defective, please send an email to info@PrayHaven.com to discuss this.

If you are not satisfied with the items received, you can return them to us within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in their original and saleable condition.

After returning the items, you are entitled to a full refund, excluding the return shipping costs. We cannot refund or exchange items that appear to have been used, opened, or are not in their original condition.

Please download, print, and complete the return form if you haven't done so already. Request the return form using the form below.

Send your return form along with a photo of the products you wish to return by email to info@PrayHaven.com.

After approval, make sure your return is well-packaged and meets all the conditions listed below.

Clearly mark "Return" on the outside of your package.

Use an insured tracking service to ensure your package arrives safely with us.

Send a follow-up email with your tracking information to info@PrayHaven.com.

Return Conditions and Policies:

• All returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
• We are not responsible for the cost of returning items.
• Please ensure that all returned items are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
• Please ensure that all returns are sent via a trackable, insured service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items damaged or lost in transit.
• Please ensure that the return form has been approved – without approval, your return may not be processed.

Easy Returns in Three Steps:

Please provide your order number, email address, and the reason for the return.

Step 2: Send your order.
Send the items along with the completed return form to the address specified on the return form. Ensure that a track-and-trace code is included with the package. As the sender, you are responsible, and we want to avoid any misunderstandings.

Step 3: Receive the purchase amount on your bank account.
Once we have received the package, we will ensure that the purchase amount is credited to your bank account within five business days.
